Our speaker, James Stebbings, will look at The Topsy-Turvey World of Gilbert & Sullivan – the G&S comic operas and their enduring legacy. He will explore the lives of these two extraordinary men, and that of Richard D’Oyly Carte who brought their operas to world-wide attention.
